We will grant you by 10% discount from total price, in case you order our boarding house for more than 10 days in one time line without interruption, this discount is valid for all hereinbefore defined seasons.

The building is rented only as a whole. When you pass an object we pick a refundable deposit of 3,000 CZK, 5,000 CZK during Christmas and New Year's Eve. Pets only after previous agreement.

The rental price is set according to the season by the current price list published on the website. It is required to pay a deposit of 50% of the total amount to the account of the landlord within 3 days after order confirmation of stay by landlord. The remaining 50% of the amount will be paid no later than one week before the stay, again on behalf of the landlord. Bankers: 275679569/0300.

Cancellation Policy – you can cancel your stay not longer than one week before your starting date, in other cases a cancellation fee of 20% of the total price will be charged.

The building can be used for recreation with onset usually from 2 p.m. on the day of occupancy and departure to 10 a.m. on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the building.
